Denniz Speaks!
Denniz Cargile is a storyteller and children’s book author of three books to include the Poor Letter Q, What is the Box and When I Become An Uppercase. He is also a musician of over 20 years, playing the guitar, banjo, and ukulele. Using his unique storytelling ability while incorporating his love for music, Denniz presents his books and songs in a joyful, funny and inspiring way. Denniz’, personal experience with dyslexia and attention deficit disorder has fueled his passion for teaching children the necessity of being special, unique and one-of-a-kind. He is also currently serves as a substitute teacher for Cumberland County schools.

Denniz Speaks Presents “The Poor Letter Q” assembly. The students will join Q on a journey of purpose in friendship while answering the most important question of all. What’s wrong with Q? This fun, interactive assembly is full of sing-alongs and call and response. It teaches the necessity of being unique . This class is perfect for K-3 including special-needs classes.

Is there anything greater than a child’s imagination? Well, let’s have a peek inside the minds of these special little letters as they play in the book “When I Become An Uppercase”. This assembly will spark their imaginations as I cover all of the endless possibilities they have when they get older. Through the medium of music, we will sing and play games while igniting the greatness that has been within them all along. This class is perfect for K-2 including special-needs classes.

In this assembly you will find the answer to one of life‘s most complex questions. What is the box? The children will learn about the boxes that they make, why they make them and how to get out of them. Through song and interactive play the kids will explore the many different types of boxes. This class is perfect for K-12 including special-needs classes.
