The Arts Council of Fayetteville|Cumberland County's Artists In Schools programs bring arts integration to Cumberland County schools at a reduced or free cost. Interested in becoming a Teaching Artist? Send in your qualifications by May 15, 2024 to be considered for the 2024-2025 school year. Click here for the application.

ARTIST
RESIDENCY
Residencies allow students to work with a single artist or group over the course of several days, creating a consistent relationship with the same students each day.
ASSEMBLY PERFORMANCE
Assemblies bring Teaching Artists to perform for a large group of students, encouraging interaction between classrooms or even throughout grade levels!
ONLINE & VIRTUAL ENGAGEMENTS
Teaching Artists engage through various digital platforms to offer instructional time for schools using a digital learning environment with minimal physical interaction.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops may engage a single class or multiple classes in a single grade level, similar to an Artist Residency but generally shorter in duration.
