The contemporary world demands that we exist in binaries, but art, by its very nature, refuses to be contained. Our national juried exhibition, "Multi-Faceted: Mixed Media & Connected Identities," has served as a powerful testament to this truth, featuring 46 dynamic works from 33 artists who bravely explore the complex intersections of identity, heritage, and lived experience—all through the vibrant lens of mixed media.
The depth and complexity of these works made the jury's task a challenging one, but after rigorous consideration, we are proud to unveil the artists who truly embodied the spirit of this exhibit.
About the Exhibit
Multi-Faceted is a national juried exhibition of multimedia works by 33 artists from across the country. It serves as a celebrations of artists that represent multiple identities and backgrounds by using at least two media within one artwork. The 46 pieces in the gallery, thought-provoking and sometimes challenging, invite viewers to consider the dualities in their own lives.
