The Airborne & Special Operations Museum Foundation, in conjunction with UNC-TV, will show a special documentary, GI JEWS: Jewish Americans in World War II, in the museum’s theater Tuesday, April 10, at 7pm. The show is free and open to the public. Due to
available seating, attendance will be limited to the first 250.
This is the first documentary to tell the story of the 550,000 Jewish men and women who served in World War II. The film brings to life the little-known story of Jews in World War II as active participants in the fight against Hitler, bigotry and intolerance.
