philosophical space for artists, makers, tinkerers, and other creative industry professionals to gather,
collaborate, and engage in professional development.

Through CMAC, the Arts Council strives to build a community group that addresses the needs of individual artists and creatives in Fayetteville|Cumberland County by:

• Connecting with individual creatives and existing arts & culture groups to consolidate resources andartistic opportunities
• Strengthening community calendar of workshops, classes, and special events
• Providing a physical space for collaboration, support, connectivity, and studio/rehearsal/ workspace
• Cultivating a fresh, robust group of leaders that are invested in the future of the creative industry in Fayetteville|Cumberland County

• Organized opportunity to engage with other creatives in the community
• Access to Arts Council resources for professional development that will be exclusive to Cumberland
Makers and Creatives
• Exposure to the arts and culture organizations that contribute to the creative industry in
Fayetteville|Cumberland County
• A chance to inform and participate in future initiatives that shape the local creative industry
