True to Yourself: A Black History Month Film Talk

True to Yourself 2019
Saturday, February 23 | 7:00 PM
Seabrook Auditorium, Fayetteville State University map

What is the definitive moment when you commit to remaining true to yourself while attaining a goal that seems out of reach? When you reach rock bottom and are tempted to give up, what stops you?

Join noted actor Boris Kodjoe, starring in ABC’s TV Drama Station 19 and Netflix’s House of Cards, as he guides the audience through his careers, life, challenges and so much more.

Moderated by Judge Toni King, this event will take the audience on a journey of how a determined Boris built a solid career in the volatile and often limiting TV and film industries.

Be sure to purchase your tickets today for this one-of-a-kind experience. The audience will be able to engage with Boris in a Q&A session during the event.

Seabrook Auditorium, Fayetteville State University (1200 Murchison Rd., Fayetteville, NC)

$20 general admission; $10 Early Bird Ticket (available until February 1)
